Our Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer oversees our ethics and compliance model, conducting regular audits. The results of audit reports are shared across our geographic locations and throughout our teams to continually drive improvement and best practices. This strict internal audit process ensures that we quickly correct any identified deficiencies or concerns.

Our ethics and compliance model includes auditing and monitoring, enhanced lines of communication between the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and employees, consistency in the standards we set for ethics, and top-of-mind awareness for compliance of these standards through an effective training and education program.
