About Our Personal Care Homes:

Help at Home is a well-established and highly respected provider of Alternative Living Services – Family Model throughout Georgia.

This option provides a highly desired alternative support for the Elderly and Disabled who are no longer able to remain independent in their own homes. These homes will provide continuous support and love to your family member along with creating Great Days and Meaningful Moments

  • Help at Home has over 130 contracted homes available throughout the State of GA where you or your loved one can find the right fit.
  • Each home provider is vetted and licensed by our company and the Department of Community Health before they are selected to become a home provider in our network.
  • Our highly trained skilled Clinical Staff which include Compliance Officers are in the homes at least twice a month and even more if needed to provide oversight and ensure your love ones are well taken care of.

We currently offer availability of residence across the state of Georgia.

 

  • Assistance with referral to appropriate state agencies and programs
  • Assistance with personal care home placement
  • 24-hour supervision and oversight
  • A family atmosphere in a residential setting
  • Assistance with all activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assistance with medication management
  • Services supervised by a registered nurse
