Fostering independence and individual potential.
In addition to serving the care needs of seniors, Help at Home provides support to meet the complex needs of children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We work closely with each individual and his or her family, whether providing personal support, or helping with community integration activities and opportunities to do meaningful work.
We can provide care wherever needed, whether the family home or a community-based group home. Help at Home follows the Office of Developmental Programs Every Day Lives principles, helping ensure that people with disabilities can live their life as they choose. We work closely with each individual and his or her family and case manager to create an individualized care plan based on their needs.
