Home Health Aides work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. A Registered Nurse will come to your home to perform an initial evaluation and together with you and your physician; an individualized Aide Care Plan is developed to assist your personal needs. The Registered Nurse will make ongoing visits to your home to evaluate how well the Plan of Care is meeting your needs and to supervise the care of the Home Health Aide.
Our Home Health Aides go through extensive training programs and complete a Competency evaluation program before working unsupervised. Additionally, they attend quarterly in-service programs, designed to keep them up-to-date on procedures and skills.
Skilled nurses include both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. As a Team, they provide the treatments and teaching that will assist you in managing your healthcare needs.

As a Medicaid Certified Agency, our nurses are able to write a Prior Authorization to customize a plan of care for your health care needs. We offer a full range of in-home services such as Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Attendant Care, and Homemaker. Our goal is to make daily living easier and more comfortable for people recovering from hospitalization, surgery and those with special medical, physical or behavioral needs and those with chronic illnesses.
